Job summary

Annapurna Labs (U.S.) Inc. in Cupertino seeks a SoC Power Engineer to model and estimate power from RTL to final netlist and drive power-reduction strategies for our AI accelerators.

You will develop dashboards, collaborate with designers, verification and physical design, and perform lab measurements to validate simulations, ensuring robust power integrity across the chip and package. This role offers growth in a cutting-edge hardware team.

Qualifications

• BS in EE/CS or related field.
• Proficient with power analysis tools like PrimePower/PowerArtist.
• Proficient in scripting (Python/Tcl/Perl).

Responsibilities

• Perform full chip power analysis from RTL to gate level.
• Develop dashboards for power rollups.
• Coordinate with designers, verification and physical design to develop vectors for IR, thermal and power estimation.
• Provide feedback to RTL and PD on power reduction strategies.
• Make power measurements in the lab and correlate with simulations.
• Work with Emulation engineers to model chip-level power consumption.
