Responsibilities

• Evaluate real-world workloads on production silicon with AI/HPC focus.
• Define performance metrics, use cases, and benchmarking strategies.
• Design microbenchmarks to study architectural behavior.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose optimizations.
• Translate insights into architectural improvements for performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with hardware and software teams on design decisions.
• Provide technical leadership as a performance expert.
• End-to-end understanding from architecture to silicon validation.
