Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 10+ years of system or hardware architecture experience.
• Exposure to CPU/accelerator architectures, cache/memory subsystems, PCIe/networking/storage.
• Strong background in high-performance IO/networking or HPC/cloud-scale systems.
• Experience with benchmarking methodologies and custom microbenchmarks.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and analyze real-world workloads on production silicon, focusing on AI at scale and HPC.
• Define performance metrics, use cases, and benchmarking strategies with teams.
• Design and implement targeted microbenchmarks to study architectural behaviors.
• Identify bottlenecks and recommend optimizations for performance.
• Translate workload and silicon insights into architectural improvements.
• Collaborate with hardware and software teams to influence system-level design.
• Serve as a performance expert and provide technical leadership across teams.
• Drive end-to-end understanding from architecture to silicon validation for performance.
