Job summary

Allied Universal in San Mateo, CA is seeking a SOC Operator and Security Officer - Full Time Operator Patrol at a financial institution location. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors.

Qualifications

• 6 months of security‑related experience or more.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a financial services location by following security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, escalating as needed per site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of offices, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials; maintain logs and incident documentation.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel and leadership regarding observations and policy concerns.
