Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors at a financial services location by carrying out security-related procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner and follow site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office areas, entry points, parking areas, and surrounding perimeter.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials, report unusual conditions to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear and accurate activity reports and shift communications as required.
