• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a financial services location.
• Respond to incidents and access-control concerns in a calm, professional manner; escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of office areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials; maintain logs and incident documentation.
• Communicate security observations and incidents with site personnel and leadership.
