Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a SOC Operator to help maintain a safe environment through centralized monitoring and coordination. You will manage security systems, monitor alarms, dispatch emergency services, and document incidents in real time.

The role emphasizes rapid response, accurate reporting, and continuous situational awareness. Training is provided if you do not have prior call center or surveillance experience, with opportunities to grow within a leading global

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED (or willingness to obtain within six months).
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Customer service experience or aptitude.
• Reliable communication.
• Ability to multitask under stress.
• Valid driver license.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Successful completion of pre-employment screening (background check and drug test).

Responsibilities

• Monitor intrusion detection systems and other security technologies.
• Listen to and manage security radio traffic in real time.
• Coordinate and dispatch appropriate emergency services or on-site personnel.
• Log incidents, maintain detailed records, and prepare professional reports.
• Monitor CCTV systems to detect suspicious activity and support investigations.
• Perform remote alarm panel programming and system troubleshooting as needed.
• Provide clear, professional communication to clients, employees, and emergency responders.
• Analyze events to identify trends or areas for improvement.
