Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a SOC Operator to protect client sites by monitoring alarms, coordinating emergency responses, and documenting incidents in real time from a centralized control room.

You will also manage radio traffic and support investigations with secure communications. The role requires reliability, strong multitasking in a high-pressure environment, and a commitment to client service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or GED (or willing to obtain within six months)
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Customer service experience
• Proficient computer skills
• Reliable communication abilities
• Ability to multitask under stress
• Valid driver license
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Successful completion of pre-employment screening (background check and drug test)

Responsibilities

• Monitor intrusion detection systems and other security technologies to identify and respond to threats
• Listen to and manage law enforcement and security radio traffic while maintaining real-time awareness
• Coordinate and dispatch appropriate emergency services or on-site personnel
• Accurately log incidents and maintain detailed reports
• Monitor CCTV systems to detect suspicious activity and support investigations
• Perform remote alarm panel programming and system troubleshooting as needed
• Provide clear, professional communication to clients, employees, and emergency responders
• Review events and assist with identifying trends or areas for improvement
