Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED (or willingness to obtain within six months).
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Customer service experience.
• Computer proficiency.
• Reliable communication skills.
• Ability to multitask under stress.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Successful completion of pre-employment screening (background check and drug test).

Responsibilities

• Alarm monitoring of intrusion detection systems and other security tech.
• Radio and communications monitoring with real-time awareness.
• Coordinate and dispatch appropriate emergency services or on-site personnel.
• Accurate incident logging, detailed records, and professional reports.
• Monitor CCTV systems to detect suspicious activity and support investigations.
• Remote alarm panel programming and system troubleshooting as needed.
• Provide clear, professional communication to clients, employees, and responders.
• Review events to identify trends or areas for improvement.
