Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. seeks a Sr. Director of Security Operations to lead a worldwide security operations team protecting critical data center infrastructure for a major client.

The role oversees PSOC operations and aligns security programs with client objectives in a fast-paced, global environment. You will direct regional directors, drive threat response, ensure audit and process standards, and deliver executive-level briefings while fostering cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, security, or related field.
• 10–15 years of progressive leadership in physical security or account management.
• 3–5 years at the senior director level with global operational experience.
• Experience in data centers, threat response, or PSOC leadership preferred.
