Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED and 2 years prior satisfactory employment as a security officer or in a customer service position.
• Experience in a heavy volume call center and dispatch preferred.
• Must be at least 20 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Push/Report operational matters in real-time directly to the SOC Manager, Director of Operations and senior management.
• Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties on duty.
• Manage communications for emergency and non-emergency calls, including phone and email workstations.
• Establish, maintain and review schedules.
• Assist in supervision and management of security officers, payroll, training, coaching, development and support.
• Handle escalated security issues or emergencies; coordinate with Security Team and external personnel.
• Acknowledge alarms and dispatch personnel as needed.
• Participate in training and scenario-based security drills.
• Execute SOC protocols and related services as required.
• Compile daily SOC activities into shift reports and detailed pass-downs; assemble SOC statistics and incident reports.
