Job summary

Titan Security Group is seeking a dedicated SOC Operator to monitor security systems, coordinate emergencies, and compile daily reports. You will handle high-volume calls, respond to inquiries, and support a growing team in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes strong communication, supervisory potential, and proficiency with standard office software. A valid PERC Card and English fluency are required; on-site Chicago-based position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; 2 years in security or customer service preferred.
• Experience in a heavy-volume call center and dispatch is a plus.
• Must be at least 20 years of age.
• Ability to acquire and maintain a valid PERC Card and state training.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Push/Report real-time operational matters to SOC Manager and senior management.
• Provide excellent Customer Service while on duty.
• Manage calls and communications; prioritize and process information.
• Maintain and review schedules.
• Assist in supervision of security officers and training.
• Coordinate emergencies with the Security Team and external responders.
• Acknowledge alarms and dispatch personnel as needed.
• Participate in training and security drills.
• Execute SOC protocols and projects as directed.
• Compile shift reports and SOC statistics.
