Constellation Energy Corporation is seeking a Supervisor of the Security Operations Center to lead daily SOC activities, supervise Operators, and ensure policy compliance. The role focuses on reducing risk across cyber and physical security while coordinating 24/7 incident response and investigative support for security and law enforcement agencies.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of security supervisory/management experience or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
• Proficiency with PC/desktop applications: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
• Ability to work under high stress in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of NERC CIP policies and procedures (implied).
• Experience with security systems CCure 9000, ExacqVision, Everbridge, Lenel.

Responsabilidades

• Daily supervision/management of SOC; conduct performance evaluations of SOC Operators.
• Implement updates to SOC policy and procedures.
• Conduct security incident report quality assurance reviews.
• Coordinate new operator applicant assessments and interviews.
• Maintain SOC Operator training, proficiency, and performance records.
• Review collected SOC alarm/call metrics.
• Onboard/train new SOC Operators; perform SOC Operator scheduling.
