Constellis is seeking a Supervisor to lead a cross-functional team in a 24/7 SOC environment. You will manage intelligence-driven products, assess risks, and guide incident reporting to protect clients' assets, operations, strategy, and brand reputation.

The role requires at least 5 years of supervisory experience across law enforcement, military, interagency, or security operations, plus a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in law enforcement, military, interagency, or security operations.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective written and verbal English communication under stress.

Responsabilidades

• Work rotating shifts to ensure 24/7 SOC coverage.
• Consolidate, produce, review, and approve criminal activity and incident reports for leadership.
• Assess threat environment and manage personnel and resources to maximize coverage while mitigating risk.
• Provide oversight on security tech systems (VSS, VMS, ACS) and information management.
• Mentor and train SOC Operators; draft and update SOC SOPs and processes.
