CTDI is seeking a SOC & Compliance professional to drive the SOC1 and SOC2 program, ensuring SOX compliance and alignment with SEC/AICPA guidelines. The role requires interaction with external auditors and CTDI operations, plus collaboration across branches and corporate functions.
Responsibilities include monitoring SOC readiness, identifying gaps, training leads, and supporting contracts to meet customer needs. Travel up to limited extent may be required.

This position is responsible for supporting the overall strategy and execution plan for the SOC (System and Organizational Controls) program and process controls within CTDI for both processing of financial transactions (SOC1) and Information Security controls (SOC2). This individual will also be responsible for ensuring SOX compliance customer requirements and SEC / AICPA guidelines.
