Job summary

CTDI is seeking a qualified professional to lead SOC and SOX compliance initiatives, coordinating with external auditors and CTDI operations. The role emphasizes governance, readiness evaluation, gap analysis, and training for functional leads across CTDI.

The ideal candidate brings SOC1/SOC2 audit experience, knowledge of SEC/PCAOB requirements, and strong communication skills. This on-site position offers competitive benefits and growth within a large CTDI team.

Qualifications

• Public Accounting experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of SEC and PCAOB governance and reporting requirements.
• Hands-on experience with SOC1 and SOC2 audit support.
• Information security knowledge is preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, follow-up and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Travel may be required on a limited basis.

Responsibilities

• Act as the liaison between the External Auditors and CTDI Operations.
• Liaise with Customer SOX Compliance areas on reporting needs.
• Evaluate and monitor SOC readiness and communicate results internally.
• Identify gaps and define actions for improvements.
• Provide training to functional leads on SOC compliance.
• Communicate with branches, verticals, divisions, and customers on SOC matters.
• Work with the contracting team to ensure CTDI commits to a suitable program.
