CTDI is seeking a qualified professional to lead SOC and SOX compliance initiatives, coordinating with external auditors and CTDI operations. The role emphasizes governance, readiness evaluation, gap analysis, and training for functional leads across CTDI.

This position is responsible for supporting the overall strategy and execution plan for the SOC (System and Organizational Controls) program and process controls within CTDI for both processing of financial transactions (SOC1) and Information Security controls (SOC2). This individual will also be responsible for ensuring SOX compliance customer requirements and SEC / AICPA guidelines.
