The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 4–6 months in operations or customer service, basic Microsoft Office skills, and 20–25 WPM typing. English proficiency and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum four months of MyUS operations/compliance/customer service experience for internal applicants; external applicants prefer 6 months.
• Basic Microsoft Suite skills and typing 20-25 WPM.
• English reading, writing and speaking fluency with strong grammar.

Responsibilities

• Oversee SNS shipments and assist customer requests.
• Provide timely and accurate information to customer cases via portals and email.
• Troubleshoot shipments and document details for SNS cases.
• Assist with service claim investigations and escalate as needed.
• Train and coach new SNS team members and provide back-up tasks as required.
• Follow KPI targets and comply with company policies and safety guidelines.
