Crew members help prepare and maintain the mountain for training and race events, working together in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.

This role is active, hands-on, and perfect for strong skiers or riders who enjoy teamwork and mountain operations.

Certifications may grant differentials in pay rate.

**Responsibilities & Duties**

• Organize, maintain, and inventory equipment needed for race events and practices
• Install, maintain, and remove safety netting on race and training trails
• Support the setup, execution, and tear down of all race events, including preparation the day before competitions
• Assist the race program staff as needed throughout the competitive season

Qualifications**

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Strong commitment to safety and efficiency on the job
• Ability to ski or ride confidently on all black diamond trails at Jiminy Peak
• Able to lift 50 lbs or more on a regular basis
• Must submit to a Criminal Background Check (CORI)
