Job summary

Jiminy Peak Mountain Resort, LLC is seeking Snowsports Instructors to teach private and group lessons for all ages and abilities. This seasonal role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, with PSIA/AASI certifications yielding pay differentials.

You will contribute to a safe, welcoming learning environment, demonstrate techniques, and provide friendly guest service about lifts, lodging, and dining on the mountain. Weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Skiing or snowboarding ability at an intermediate (“blue square”) level or higher.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs.
• Must submit to a Criminal Background Check (CORI).

• Provide professional and friendly service, answering guest questions about Jiminy Peak offerings including lifts, lodging, and food & beverage.
• Maintain a professional appearance in proper uniform (helmet, jacket, and name tag required).
• Adhere to Jiminy Peak’s mission, vision, and core values.
• Be punctual, reliable, and ready to work scheduled shifts—including weekends and holidays.

Share your passion for the mountain and help others discover the joy of skiing and snowboarding! As an Instructor at Jiminy Peak’s Snowsports School, you’ll teach private and group lessons to guests of all ages and abilities, ensuring they feel safe, supported, and inspired on the slopes. This is a seasonal position with both full-time and part-time opportunities available. PSIA/AASI certifications grant pay differentials.
