Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Skiing or snowboarding ability at an intermediate (blue square) level or higher.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs.
• Must submit to a Criminal Background Check (CORI).

Responsibilities

• Teach and supervise private or group lessons with enthusiasm, professionalism, and clarity.
• Maintain a safe, fun, and welcoming learning environment for all guests.
• Demonstrate and communicate Snowsports techniques positively and effectively.
• Provide professional and friendly service, answering guest questions about Jiminy Peak offerings including lifts, lodging, and food & beverage.
• Maintain a professional appearance in proper uniform (helmet, jacket, and name tag required).
• Adhere to Jiminy Peak's mission, vision, and core values.
• Be punctual, reliable, and ready to work scheduled shifts - including weekends and holidays.
