Job summary

Jiminy Peak Mountain Resort is seeking a Seasonal Ski Race Crew member for weekend and evening shifts. You will help prepare and maintain the mountain for training and race events in an active, hands-on outdoor role.

Ideal candidates are strong skiers with a teamwork mindset, committed to safety, able to lift 50 lbs, and willing to undergo a CORI check. Certifications may adjust pay differentials based on qualifications.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong commitment to safety and efficiency on the job.
• Ability to ski or ride confidently on all black diamond trails at Jiminy Peak.
• Able to lift 50 lbs or more on a regular basis.
• Must submit to a Criminal Background Check (CORI).

Responsibilities

• Organize, maintain, and inventory equipment needed for race events and practices
• Install, maintain, and remove safety netting on race and training trails
• Support the setup, execution, and tear down of all race events, including preparation the day before competitions
• Assist the race program staff as needed throughout the competitive season

Race Crew members help prepare and maintain the mountain for training and race events, working together in a fast-paced, outdoor environment. This role is active, hands-on, and perfect for strong skiers or riders who enjoy teamwork and mountain operations. Certifications may grant differentials in pay rate.
