Job summary

Bear Creek Mountain Resort seeks a Snowsports Desk Team Member focused on guest service to help create a positive, memorable experience for our guests. You will schedule lessons, assign instructors, and ensure the lesson schedules run smoothly while being the first host guests meet.

The role emphasizes communication, teamwork, and a friendly, helpful approach to every guest interaction, with a strong commitment to Bear Creek's service standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old by December 1st of the current season.
• Previous guest service experience preferred.
• Availability during peak operating times, weekends, holidays, and events.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Basic skiing and snowboarding knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule lessons and assign instructors to create smooth daily operations.
• Answer phones and provide concise, accurate information to guests.
• Receive and process lesson reservations.
• Provide outstanding guest service as the first point of contact.
• Coordinate with the Snowsports School Director and Supervisors.
