The successful candidate will teach in a team setting or individually, demonstrate strong teaching skills, and uphold Bear Creek culture by delivering high-value, informative instruction to guests of all ages and abilities.

Qualifications

• Intermediate skiing with willingness to improve
• Strong teaching abilities
• Good interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Teach skiing in a student-centered, outcome-based experience
• Deliver lessons that guests find rewarding and inspirational
• Be available for teaching duties as assigned by the Director/Supervisor
• Be on site on time and ready to work when scheduled
• Work effectively as part of a teaching team
• Provide practical, high-value instruction focused on snowsports safety
• Comply with school rules and Bear Creek policies
• Demonstrate professional conduct at all times
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director/Supervisor
• Offer knowledgeable, friendly, prompt service
• Aim to increase guest compliments
