Job summary

Bear Creek Mountain Resort is seeking a friendly Snowsports Desk Team Member focused on guest service. You will schedule lessons, assign instructors, and ensure the day runs smoothly while greeting guests and answering questions.

You must be at least 18, have good communication and computer skills, and be available weekends and holidays. Ski or snowboard knowledge is a plus and you will help maintain Bear Creek's high service standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old by December 1st of the current season.
• Previous guest service experience preferred.
• Availability during peak operating times, weekends, holidays and special events.

Responsibilities

• Schedule lessons and assign instructors to create smooth daily operations.
• Answer phones and provide accurate information to guests.
• Process lesson reservations and maintain high guest service standards.
• Collaborate with Snowsports School Director and Supervisors.
