Bear Creek is seeking a friendly Snowsports School Guest Services Associate Team Member to schedule lessons, assign instructors, and ensure smooth daily operations. You will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering superb service and accurate information at all times.

The role requires good communication, attentiveness, and a willingness to learn the Snowsport School products and procedures. On-site position with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service/communication skills.
• Basic computer/word/excel knowledge.
• Basic skiing and snowboarding knowledge a plus.
• Ability to learn use of point-of-sale system.

Responsibilities

• Schedule lessons and assign instructors to ensure smooth operation.
• Answer phones and provide concise and accurate information.
• Receive and process lesson reservations.
• Provide outstanding guest service.
• Assist with school information/communication processes
• Coordinate with the Snowsport School Director and Supervisors
