Job summary

Jiminy Peak Mountain Resort, LLC seeks a friendly Snowsports Desk Attendant to assist guests with ski and snowboard lessons and answer inquiries across in-person, phone, and electronic requests.

You’ll work in a fast-paced, fun mountain environment, scheduling lessons, processing registrations, and supporting school groups while balancing daily funds and providing outstanding customer service on weekends and holidays. Must be at least 16 (18+ preferred) and able to pass a CORI check.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old (18+ preferred).
• Reliable transportation.
• Basic computer skills with familiarity in Excel and Word.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays with schedule flexibility.
• Must submit to a CORI background check if 18 or older.

As a Snowsports Desk Attendant, you’ll assist with in-person, phone, and electronic requests for ski and snowboard lessons across multiple departments. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to be part of the excitement of the mountain.
