This role involves monitoring daily operations, ensuring safety and efficiency, and maintaining snowmaking equipment while providing a remarkable winter experience for guests.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in heavy equipment operation and have a passion for winter sports. Enjoy working in dynamic conditions and be prepared for varying hours throughout the season.

Qualifications

• Previous experience with running heavy equipment and/or welding.
• Enjoy working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
• Strong base of knowledge related to compressor/pump mechanics.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily operations of the snowmaking team and perform duties of all positions.
• Ensure safe and efficient operation of the snowmaking system.
• Coordinate and perform snowmaking maintenance tasks.
