Boyne Mountain Resort is seeking a Snowmaker to help produce machine-made snow, supporting early-season terrain and ongoing ski operations. This role is technical, outdoor work that directly shapes the guest experience on the slopes.
Responsibilities include loading, transporting, and setting up snowmaking equipment, performing quality checks, and adjusting production as conditions change. Expect cold nights, early mornings, and long shifts in winter weather, with emphasis on safety and teamwork.
Before the first skier clicks into their bindings each season, a lot of work has already happened on the mountain, and much of it is yours. As a Snowmaker at Boyne Mountain, you have an instrumental role in mountain operations: producing the snow that makes early season terrain possible and keeps the ski season going strong from open to close. It's technical, physical, outdoor work that directly shapes the experience of every guest who hits the slopes. We're looking for someone who takes pride in quality, stays sharp in cold conditions, and understands that the details of snowmaking, the right equipment placement, the right production levels, the right snow quality, make all the difference. As a Boyne Mountain team member, you'll also enjoy ski passes, golf passes, waterpark passes, and discounts on food, beverages, retail, daycare, and much more!
