Job summary

Wasatch Peaks Ranch is seeking a Lift Operator to join the Lift Operations team. You will be responsible for the safe and friendly operation of our lifts, assist guests with loading and unloading, and help create a memorable experience on the slopes.

This seasonal, full-time role requires strong communication, attention to safety, and the ability to work in varying weather. You will follow company policies, wear a neat uniform, and collaborate with other departments to deliver excellent guest

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Proficient skier or snowboarder.
• Ability to communicate with guests and team members.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate chairlift and other lifts in a safe and efficient manner.
• Provide excellent customer service by anticipating guests' needs.
• Assist guests with loading and unloading of chairlifts.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow safety protocols.
• Follow and implement company policies and procedures and assist other departments as needed.
