Job summary

Mohawk Mountain Ski Area, Inc. is seeking a Snow Tubing Operations Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operations of the Snow Tubing department.

You will be on-site during all tubing hours, supervise staff, train teammates, and ensure a safe, enjoyable guest experience. You will set up and maintain tubing site elements, manage staffing, handle customer inquiries, and coordinate with Mountain Operations for conditions and communications.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Management and customer service experience required.
• Able to work outside in winter conditions.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift light equipment.
• Flexible schedule including Thursdays–Sundays and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide a consistent and pleasant customer experience.
• Lead, train and develop tubing staff in a safe, welcoming environment.
• Schedule staff and manage tubing sessions according to guest demand.
• Oversee tubing site setup, signage, and daily shutdown procedures.
• Maintain clear communication with Mountain Operations and log reports.
• Assist with general customer service and group tubing promotions.
