Job summary

Vail Resorts in the Truckee area is seeking a qualified Full-Time or Part-Time Supervisor/Keyholder to deliver a superior Burton guest experience and to lead the team with in-depth product knowledge.

You will support daily operations, help meet store sales goals, and coach staff while maintaining visual merchandising standards. Starting wage is $23.00/hr to $26.88/hr for a winter seasonal 2026/2027, with weekend/holiday work required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of Supervisor or sales lead experience in retail (strongly desired).
• 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a sales-driven environment.
• Positive, outgoing personality with Burton passion.
• Strong operational, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of snowboarding products and their application.
• Proficiency with Windows-based systems; Retail POS experience preferred.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide a superior customer experience for Burton guests.
• Support management in daily operations (opening & closing the store) and achieving store sales.
• Lead the team to contribute to sales goals and drive results.
• Maintain store aesthetics by cleaning, stocking, organizing, and following merchandising plans.
• Adhere to Burton procedures to meet sales goals and protect company assets.
• Coach, teach, train, and develop team members.
