Qualifications

• Minimum two of the following: retail sales experience, strong customer service skills, ability to communicate clearly in English.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays and weekends.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales and deliver professional guest service.
• Open and close the store as assigned.
• Analyze sales trends and implement growth strategies.
• Manage inventory for retail and rental, meet goals.
• Enforce cash handling and loss prevention policies.
• Lead the sales floor and rental process.
• Mentor and train a store team with effective communication.
• Provide excellent customer service to all guests.
• Ensure pricing accuracy and promotions.
• Stock shelves and merchandise; perform other duties as assigned.
