Job summary

Vail Resorts in New Hampshire is seeking a Retail/Rental Lead for the winter season 2026/2027. You’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of ski/snowboard rentals, merchandising, staff supervision, and store performance to deliver a standout guest experience.

The role requires leadership in a high-volume environment, with coaching, training, scheduling, payroll processing, and budgeting. Start wage $23.00/hr–$29.22/hr, with full-time hours available and opportunities for growth through our Epic

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years leadership experience
• 2 years in retail/rental experience
• 2 years resort experience in a management role
• Knowledge and passion for snowsports
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all aspects of all retail/rental operations.
• Manages through uncertainty and change positively
• Manages a team of up to 50 frontline staff and leadership team of 5-6
• Provides an important piece of our guests’ experience of a lifetime while in our resort by maintaining a strong culture of guest service
