Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Provide in person and over the phone customer service.
• Manage front desk operations including running POS and collecting payment.
• Sell tickets, rentals, lessons and other front desk products.
• Answer questions about Snow Sports School, lesson types and schedules.
• Assign and schedule lessons and ensure accurate recording.
• Check-in guests and pair groups with instructors.
• Handle stressful situations calmly and maintain guest experience.
• Some data entry work required.
• Keep the Snow Sports School clean, organized and well maintained.
• Assist in other administrative tasks to support operations.
• May be cross-trained to help other departments.
