DJ's Landscape Management in Michigan is seeking on-call Snow Shoveling team members to join our winter crew. This part-time, seasonal role offers competitive pay and flexible scheduling, with training provided to ensure safety and route familiarity.

You must be 18+, able to get to work, and pass pre-employment drug testing. No prior experience is required, and on-call work may include nights, days, holidays, and weekends.

Requirements

• Complete training for onboarding, snow removal safety, and learning routes.
• Work safely to complete snow removal to customer specifications and quality standards
• Utilize effective communication for on-the-job issues that may arise
• Submit details of hours, activities, and materials in an accurate and timely manner
• Must be 18 or older
• No experience required
• Must have access to reliable transportation to and from work
• Available for on-call work including nights, days, holiday, and weekend work as needed
