Job summary

DJ's Landscape Management is hiring on‑call Snow Shovel Driver team members for the winter season. The role involves driving the shovel crew in a box truck to job sites and performing snow removal to meet customer specifications and safety standards.

Training is provided and flexible scheduling supports your availability. Eligible candidates are 18+, may have a chauffeur's license (or be willing to obtain one), and must have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• No experience required.
• Must have access to reliable transportation to and from work.
• Valid chauffeur's license required (or willing to obtain one).
• Available for on‑call work including nights, days, holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Drive shovel crew in a box truck to and from job sites.
• Perform shovel crew responsibilities and snow removal per customer specifications and safety standards.
• Communicate effectively on the job to address issues as they arise.
• Submit details of hours, activities and materials accurately and promptly.

Requirements

• Responsible for driving the shovel crew in a box truck to and from job sites in addition to performing shovel crew responsibilities
• Complete training for onboarding, snow removal safety, and learning routes.
• Work safely to complete snow removal to customer specifications and quality standards
• Utilize effective communication for on-the-job issues that may arise
• Submit details of hours, activities, and materials in an accurate and timely manner
• Must be 18 or older
• No experience required
• Must have access to reliable transportation to and from work
• Valid chauffeur's license required (or must be willing to obtain one)
• Available for on-call work including nights, days, holiday, and weekend work as needed
