Job summary

DJ's Landscape Management in Holland, MI is hiring a Snow Shovel Driver for on-call, part-time seasonal work. Base pay is $24–$25 per hour, with paid training and a referral incentive.

We value dependable performance and promote from within whenever possible. You will drive the shovel crew in a box truck to job sites, perform snow removal to safety and quality standards, and report hours and materials accurately.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• No experience required.
• Must have access to reliable transportation to and from work.
• Valid chauffeur's license required (or willing to obtain one).
• Available for on-call work including nights, days, holidays, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Drive shovel crew in a box truck to and from job sites and perform shovel crew responsibilities.
• Complete onboarding training, snow removal safety, and route learning.
• Work safely to meet customer specifications and quality standards.
• Communicate on-the-job issues effectively.
• Submit hours, activities, and materials accurately.

Requirements

• Responsible for driving the shovel crew in a box truck to and from job sites in addition to performing shovel crew responsibilities
• Complete training for onboarding, snow removal safety, and learning routes.
• Work safely to complete snow removal to customer specifications and quality standards
• Utilize effective communication for on-the-job issues that may arise
• Submit details of hours, activities, and materials in an accurate and timely manner
• Must be 18 or older
• No experience required
• Must have access to reliable transportation to and from work
