Job summary

DJ's Landscape Management is seeking dedicated Seasonal Snow Plow Truck Drivers to join our Lansing team for the winter season. You will operate snow plow trucks, monitor weather and road conditions, and ensure timely, high-quality snow removal for customer properties.

The role offers weekly pay, paid training, and referral incentives, with flexible scheduling for a part-time seasonal position. We value safety, reliability, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Chauffeur's License (company will assist in acquiring one).
• Valid MDOT (company will assist in acquiring one).
• Smart phone required.

• Weekly Pay
• Base pay of $26 - $28+ per hour, depending on snow removal experience
  • Paid Training @ $18 per hour

• Part-time, seasonal position with flexible scheduling to accommodate your availability

Duration

• Position is available for the winter season, typically from November 15 to April 15, with opportunities for full-time positions based on performance and business needs.

Requirements

• Drive snow plow trucks to clear snow and ice from commercial parking lots
• Monitor weather conditions and road surfaces to ensure timely and effective response
• Work safely to complete snow removal to customer specifications and quality standards
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to safety
• Submit details of hours, activities and materials in an accurate and timely mannerComplete all training, onboarding, snow removal safety, and route learning
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Valid Chauffeur's License (company will assist in acquiring one)
