Tyrol Basin is seeking an Assistant Snow Sports Director for the upcoming winter season. The role involves assisting the Snow Sports Director with planning, organizing, and overseeing Snow School operations and staff, including Ski & Snowboard Instructors and Desk Staff.

The ideal candidate has leadership experience, strong organization, and can work in a fast-paced setting. Primarily office-based, some outdoor time is required; opportunity for advancement exists within Tyrol Basin.

Qualificações

• Experience in managing or supervising a team of instructors and desk staff.
• Strong communication and customer service skills for a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to organize schedules and coordinate lesson times with instructors.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in training, scheduling, and managing Snow School staff.
• Perform daily check-in for lessons and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist with payment processing, rental forms, and locating instructor meeting points.
• Oversee instructor and client schedules and respond to Snow School inquiries.
• Aid in planning special events and lesson programs within the Snow School.
• Occasionally work as a Ski/Snowboard Instructor or Ticket Seller as needed.
