Job summary

Stratton Mountain Resort is seeking a Snow School Kitchen Attendant to help create a safe and fun environment for students in the Junior School and assist with kitchen duties. There are full-time and part-time seasonal opportunities, with compensation at $20.00/hour.

Recruitment for this role will be ongoing through December. This position may require evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Experience working in a kitchen.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and people skills.
• Organized.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation, meal service, and cleanup for each mealtime in the Junior School Kitchen.
• Prepare and organize food for daily meals and snacks.
• Serve meals to instructors and children.
• Clean and maintain the Junior School Kitchen and lunchroom throughout the day.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen, dining, and surrounding areas.
• Address minor issues as they arise and communicate safety or operational concerns to the appropriate supervisor or manager.
• Follow all kitchen, food safety, and sanitation procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by managers or the Supervisor.
