DJ's Landscape Management is seeking on-call Seasonal Snow Salt Truck Drivers to maintain safe and clear roads during the winter season. The role runs from November through mid-April with potential for full-time opportunities based on performance and business needs.

Competitive pay ranges from $25 to $30 per hour, depending on licensure and experience, and includes paid training, referrals, and a part-time seasonal schedule with flexible hours.

Formación

• CDL A License, CDL B w/ Air Brakes, or Chauffeur's License (no restrictions)
• MDOT certification assistance provided by employer
• Must be 18+ years old and able to work in extreme weather
• Reliable transportation to and from work required
• On-call availability including nights, days, holidays and weekends

Responsabilidades

• Operate snow salt truck and apply material per customer specs
• Accurately submit hours, activities and materials logs
• Work safely in cold, snowy conditions and maintain quality standards
• Collaborate with team to ensure roads are kept safe and clear

Duration

• Position is available for the winter season, typically from November 15 to April 15, with opportunities for full-time positions based on performance and business needs.

Requirements

• Complete all training, onboarding, snow removal safety, and route learning
• Work safely to complete snow removal to customer specifications and quality standards
• Positive attitude and willingness to work in challenging weather conditions.
• Submit details of hours, activities and materials in an accurate and timely manner
• Must have access to reliable transportation to and from work and be able to work in extreme weather conditions including subfreezing temperatures and heavy precipitation
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Valid CDL A License, CDL B w/ Air Brakes, or Chauffeur's License with no restrictions required
• Valid MDOT (company will assist in acquiring one)
• Available for on-call work including nights, days, holidays, and weekend work as needed
