Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work up to 40 hours per week, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Comfortable operating ski lifts and assisting guests in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate Lifts Safely: Run ski lifts per procedures and safety rules.
• Assist Guests: Greet guests, provide loading/unloading instructions.
• Monitor Operations: Conduct pre/post-shift inspections and report issues.
• Maintain Lift Areas: Keep ramps and zones clear of snow, ice, hazards.
• Monitoring Lift Lines: Manage flow of skiers to ensure safe boarding.
• Deliver Service Excellence: Provide courteous guest service and uphold standards.
• Documentation & Safety: Complete paperwork and participate in safety training.
• Team Support: Coordinate breaks and support a collaborative team culture.
• Lead by Example: Model professionalism and safety across departments.
