Job summary

Eaglecrest Ski Area is seeking an enthusiastic Lift Operations Laborer to support lift operations, assist the maintenance crew, and help deliver a safe, friendly guest experience on the mountain.

Shifts run at various locations around Eaglecrest, weekends and holidays are mandatory, and on-call support may be required. A valid driver’s license is necessary, and applicants must be able to work outdoors in adverse weather and stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• Two seasons of lead or supervisory experience in a Ski Industry position.
• Valid driver's license at time of appointment and for continued employment.
• Ability to work outdoors in adverse weather and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe operation of all Eaglecrest ski lifts.
• Oversee daily supervision of lift operations crew during winter season.
• Train staff in operations and guest services, scheduling and approving timecards.
• Daily opening and closing of the lifts in a safe and timely manner.
