Job summary

Winter4Kids seeks a Lift Operations Attendant to ensure safe and welcoming experiences for youth on the mountain. You will oversee the daily operation of surface lifts, triple chairlift, and quad chairlift while fostering confidence and enjoyment for participants.

You will load and unload riders, monitor safety, and perform opening/closing procedures. Prior experience in customer service or outdoor recreation is preferred; strong English communication and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or outdoor recreation preferred.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to work outdoors in winter conditions.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Winter4Kids' surface lift, triple chairlift, and quad chairlift.
• Assist participants with loading, riding, and unloading from lift equipment.
• Monitor lift operations to ensure participant safety and report concerns.
• Perform daily opening, operational, and closing procedures for assigned lifts.
• Conduct pre-operational inspections and follow safety protocols.
