East Coast Facilities, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager to direct all operations, middle managers, personnel and equipment.

You will own the master schedule, coordinate field teams, and serve as the hub between operations and sales, ensuring proactive communication across the organization. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will oversee service delivery, fleet maintenance, purchasing, and quality control for exterior services.

Qualificações

• Experience in operations management for a service company.
• Strong communication with ops and sales teams.
• Ability to manage master scheduling and budgeting.

Responsabilidades

• Keeps master scheduling tools updated.
• Updates Omnia’s fleet and local item library.
• Manages Omnia’s fulfillment systems and production calendars.
• Coordinates master schedules and provides operational schedules to Account Executives and Project Managers.
• Ensures fleet needs are level-set against production requirements.
• Manages designated Fleet Supervisor and all repair and maintenance needs of assigned fleet.
• Manages fleet inventory systems.
• Manages designated 5s Leader.
• Manages all Field Supervisors and Production Managers.
• Creates incident reports per policy for accidents or close calls.
• Drives the ECF Egress and ECF Ingress standards.
