Responsibilities

• Keeps master scheduling tools updated and coordinates with Account Executives and Project Managers
• Oversees fleet and maintenance, and ensures fleet needs align with production requirements
• Manages purchasing, invoices, and payroll approvals for field staff
• Coordinates with clients and internal teams to maximize customer satisfaction
• Participates in recruiting and onboarding to maintain adequate staffing levels
