Job summary

East Coast Facilities, Inc. is seeking a Production Manager to oversee field crews, schedule production, and ensure safety and quality on service-site projects. The PM reports to Operations leadership and may supervise 3-5 Crew Leaders and their crews, with Field Supervisors as needed.

The role emphasizes planning, dispatching, cost control, and coordination with clients. Travel throughout service markets and occasional training at other centers are expected; a valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Plans production by working with the Operations Manager to schedule production on the team calendar.
• Dispatches assigned crews and coordinates equipment or personnel shortages.
• Supervises field crews and manages budgets for hours and materials.
• Maintains safety, production, and quality guidelines in the field.
• Ensures fleet is maintained and in safe operating condition.
• Completes essential paperwork and reports for management.
• Communicates updates to clients and relays field requests to the Operations Manager.
• Performs quality control audits and assists with estimating and takeoffs when requested.
• Presents proposals to customers and attends client meetings when required.
• Interviews, screens, and hires field workers; assists with onboarding and training.
