ECF is seeking an Operations Manager for our Allentown Service Center to direct service delivery, scheduling, and field operations. The role oversees middle managers, fleet, purchasing, and quality control to ensure timely, on-budget project completion.

As the hub of the operation, you will coordinate with account executives and project managers, drive safety standards, and lead recruitment and staff development to maintain high performance across both production and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Keeps master scheduling tools updated and coordinates production calendars
• Manages fleet, procurement, and inventory for the service center
• Assists in purchasing, budgeting, and expense approvals with leaders
• Coordinates with Account Executives and Project Managers to ensure client delivery
• Participates in recruiting, onboarding, and safety/compliance training
• Oversees quality assurance and adherence to company standards
