Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or healthcare business office.
• Strong understanding of financial reports and ability to act on them.
• Proficient with office software, computer systems, and standard office equipment.
• Independent decision-making and proactive problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as central communicator between Administrator's office and departments.
• Provide administrative support across departments.
• Schedule meetings and coordinate with external agencies, including government and third-party payors.
• Act as liaison between families, residents, and external agencies.
• Manage reception duties and maintain a professional office environment.
• Support financial operations: accounts payable, receivable, and payroll coordination.
• Assist HR with onboarding, payroll changes, and employee documentation.
• Coordinate workers’ compensation, FMLA, and disability documentation.
• Perform weekly travel to bank, post office, and other locations as needed.
• Complete additional administrative projects as assigned.
